The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join us as a Product Operations Manager. This is a critical leadership role that oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, from deal creation to product management and development. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the team, ensuring TripADeal's product offerings remain competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with our strategic goals. Organisational Structure

Reporting to our Head of Operations, this is a permanent, full-time role based 100% onsite, working 4 days from our Byron Bay office and 1 day from our Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast office. However, there is flexibility on location for an exceptional candidate. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!

 

A Day in the Life

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Operations team of up to 12 members.
  • Drive operational excellence by proactively identifying and implementing process improvements within deal production workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and IT teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and key projects are successful.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business, ensuring alignment and efficiently resolving operational challenges.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring all deals meet data integrity standards and support a seamless customer experience.

 

To be a Front Running Candidate

  • You are an experienced leader with a proven ability to manage, coach, and develop teams to achieve their KPIs and exceed expectations.
  • An exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Highly organised, with an exceptionally strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • You have excellent time management skills and can prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • You are proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce , and experience in the travel industry is highly regarded.
