The ideal candidate

  • You're a true travel enthusiast, genuinely passionate about the industry and excited to help others discover the world.
  • You're a natural people person who gets a real buzz from sales and service, with a talent for turning conversations into incredible experiences.
  • You have empathy and take initiative, loving the challenge of hitting your targets and celebrating the wins with your team.
  • You build rapport easily and know that getting the small details right is what makes a trip seamless.
  • You're ready for a permanent full-time role and can embrace a rotating roster that gives you weekdays off (this includes 1 in 3 weekends, with great incentives for weekend & public holiday shifts!)
