Reporting to our Chief Customer Officer, this is a permanent, full-time role based 100% onsite, working 3 days from our Byron Bay office and 2 days from our Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast office. However, there is flexibility on location for an exceptional candidate. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive, data-driven product roadmap based on strategic research findings.

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and business case development to launch and post-launch analysis.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align product efforts with broader business objectives.

  • Champion a strategic shift towards Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) as a core metric for success.

  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps for the digital space, ensuring all projects have a defined and cohesive direction.

To be a Front Running Candidate

  • Proven experience in a senior digital product role, preferably in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate research and data into actionable product plans.

  • You have a track record of mentoring high-performing product teams and can clearly articulate a strategic vision to inspire and unify diverse teams, from engineers to executive leadership.

  • Experience with agile product development methodologies.

  • You have a history of successfully managing projects and driving change without extensive resources, demonstrating a talent for achieving ambitious goals.
