What you’ll do:

  • Leverage your love of travel and experience working in the industry to help make travel dreams come true!
  • Represent the TripAdeal brand
  • Convert inbound enquiries into sales
  • Provide first-class customer service and travel advice in all customer interactions before, during, and after the sale
  • Be the initial point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Delivery exceptional levels of customer service by providing travel advice and guide customers through our travel offerings
  • Work closely with a passionate team of Travel Consultants who live and breathe travel to achieve team and individual goals while supporting our customers to have their travel dreams come true.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is excited to join or continue growing in the travel and tourism industry
  • Experience in customer facing sales or service roles
  • Is a self starter and results-orientated
  • Has excellent communications skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Is available to work full-time, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days. Our operating hours span 7 days a week, from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Sunday. You will be scheduled on a rotating roster, working 1 in 3 weekends, with two weekdays off. The team also works on public holidays, which are incentivised along with weekend shifts.
