Our Travel Consultants represent the TripADeal brand and provide first class customer service in all customer interactions before, during, and after the sale.

 

A Day in the Life

As the initial point of contact for customer enquiries, this role will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service with a purpose of converting enquiries into sales, seeing travel dreams come true.

Your responsibility is to achieve sales targets and generate revenue through meeting or exceeding expectations of our valued customers.

 

Organisational Structure

Reporting to a Team Leader within our highly successful Sales & Service team, this is a permanent opportunity available within our inbound and outbound call centre! This is a high volume call-based position, working 100% onsite in our Byron Bay office, located in the industrial estate. Remote and or hybrid arrangements are not available.  

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days. Our operating hours span 7 days a week, from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Sunday. You will be scheduled on a rotating roster, working 1 in 3 weekends, with two weekdays off. The team also works on public holidays, which are incentivised along with weekend shifts.

  • Don't mind admin? Yep, you'll need to be savvy with navigating around various systems in a fast-paced environment 
  • Have a desire to exceed sales targets and are driven by reaching goals
  • Your attention to detail is 11/10
  • If you can get through a high volume of calls with a positive and engaging attitude, then you’ll be a great addition to our fun and vibrant team
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
