The Opportunity

Want to help us make travel dreams come true? We’re looking for a content producer to help create high quality content for the TripADeal website and associated marketing channels, with the goal of promoting our TripADeal product to Australia! Interested? Read on!

A Day in the Life

You will work in our Publishing squad, where you'll bring to life holiday packages created by our outstanding product team. This role is a mix of creative writing and data input, so a passion for working with content management systems is a must. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Write inspiring copy to promote travel products on the TripADeal website and associated channels
  • Source and edit images to promote travel products as required
  • Produce web content in the Content Management Systems in relation to pricing and inventory management
  • Manage internal communications around new product and marketing campaign launches
  • Assist with print and digital advertisement production and proofing process
  • Work with the Product Team to create enticing, engaging marketing collateral and product listings, and to manage live products
  • Develop, define and champion the TripADeal voice alongside our Marketing team
  • Help our IT Team to continually improve the TripADeal website functionality

Organisational Structure

Reporting to the Senior Content Producer this permanent full time position is 100% on-site (with no remote work options available) and based in our Byron Bay HeadQuarters, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm, with the ability to work one day per week from 9-5pm.

To be a front running candidate

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • A minimum two years writing experience
  • Systems savvy - experience using Content Management Systems and Customer Relationships Management systems
  • Enthusiastic and fast learner
  • Thrives working within a team environment and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Displays a high attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Desirable - Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; working with Salesforce; and basic knowledge of HTML and SEO
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
